Norbert Webley

Owner/Director of Coaching

2010 Boys & 2013 Boys Head Coach

Norbert has had a passion for soccer since he was a child. He represented the Jamaica National Team from the age of 15-21 and began his career in the United States on a soccer scholarship to UNC. He has been coaching, providing skills training, and developing competitive athletes for over 20 years.

Crystal Harris

Strength & Conditioning

Crystal Harris is one of North Alabama's most experienced and accomplished female trainers. She's dedicated the past 14 years of her career to training individuals and teams in hopes of helping each of them reach their highest physical abilities.
Crystal founded Kingdom Fitness, Inc. in 2004 and went to work full-time in 2012. She also is the Randolph school varsity/junior high speed coach and works at UAH's Kinesiology Department.

A graduate of The University of Alabama at Huntsville, Crystal earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology. While studying at UAH, she ran track for the university. Even with her studies, she was ranked 10th in the nation at the National Championship for Division II track and Field 4x100 relay in Texas.

Crystal has trained numerous athletes from children, adults, and pro athletes like Darien Stewart (NFL Denver Broncos), Kenneth Darby (retired NFL), Ramzee Robinson (retired NFL), Rolando McClain (NFL), Pat Lee (retired NFL), Anthony Madison (retired NFL), and Rashad Moore (retired NFL), and helped assist in training Craig Kimbrel (MLB Boston) just to name a few.

Coulton Owens

2015 Black Team Coach

A Madison County High School standout and All-State selection, grew up training under our very own Norbert Webley and was one of his first private session athletes. His dedication to the game was evident early on—he still holds the juggling record for the Academy.

Coulton continued his soccer journey at Martin Methodist College (now UT Southern) from 2018 to 2021, where he played all three years on both an athletic and academic scholarship. He earned his degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Business Management, showcasing the same discipline off the field that he brings to coaching.

Currently, Coulton works as a Paraplanner at Oak Tree Financial Services, where he’s pursuing his goal of becoming a financial advisor. Outside of work, he enjoys playing in adult league matches and coaching across both the Academy and Club levels, and hanging out and exploring Huntsville with his wife, Tabby.

Coach Coulton brings a deep understanding of the game, a strong connection to our community, and a passion for player development.

Kiri Wani | Madison, AL | NOW FC

Kiri Wani

2017/2018 Team Coach

Kiri began his soccer journey at just 7 years old in Leeds, England, where he spent 8 years developing his skills and love for the game. After moving to Decatur, Alabama, he continued his playing career at Austin High School, excelling as a winger and striker.

Following graduation, Kiri returned to Austin High as an assistant coach, giving back to the program that shaped him. He also brought his enthusiasm and energy to the UAH Kid Summer Soccer Camp, where he worked with young players across all skill levels.

Today, you’ll find Coach Kiri leading academy sessions during the week and spending his Saturday mornings with the Cadet group. He’s also still active on the pitch, playing with his HASL team and sharing his passion for the game as one of our dedicated NOW coaches.

Coach Kiri brings a blend of international experience, local pride, and infectious energy to everything he does!

Linton "Spanky" Beavers

2016 Boys Team Coach

Coach Beavers, better known around the field as Coach Spanky, brings over 28 years of coaching experience and a deep love for both sports and education. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Arkansas State University, he began his career as a statistician for the State of Alabama. But it was through coaching and tutoring in his spare time that he discovered his true passion—working with kids—which led him to pursue a career in teaching.

A former college football player, Coach Spanky has spent decades coaching football, basketball, and soccer at Prattville High School, as well as leading competitive teams with the Capital City Streaks and the River Region Rapids. He’s also shared his expertise at soccer camps for Auburn University Montgomery and the University of Alabama Huntsville.

Coach Spanky holds an Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, and is known for his high energy, encouraging presence, and commitment to player development both on and off the pitch.

You’ll find him on the sidelines inspiring our athletes and bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the NOW Swarm FC coaching staff!

Shannon Cazzavillan

2013 Girls Team Coach

Shannon has been a part of the Huntsville soccer community since 2006, alongside her family, as both a coach and former player. She holds a U.S. Soccer National C License and brings over 30 years of coaching experience, including work with NASC, Huntsville Futbol Club, Mountain Brook SC, Vestavia Hills SC, Birmingham-Southern College, UAB Soccer Camps, Starkville High School, and several local Catholic schools.

 As a player, Shannon began her collegiate career at the University of South Alabama on academic and athletic scholarships before transferring to Mississippi State University. There, she served as team captain, earned All-Academic SEC honors, and also competed in track and field. She still holds top-ten records at MSU in single-game, single-season, and career stats for goals, points, and game-winning performances.

Shannon went on to play semi-professionally with the Alabama Angels in the USL W-League and competed internationally in Japan with the Seahorses Missionary Soccer Team while in law school.

She continues to compete at a high level, recently representing Team USA at the 2023 World Triathlon Age-Group Aquabike Championships in Spain, and has qualified for the 2025 and 2026 Team USA seasons.

Off the field, Shannon holds a BA in Communication Studies and a joint JD/MBA degree. She works full-time at a local law firm and is passionate about using sport to teach discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. She currently coaches U13 and focuses on developing confident, technically sound players. Her family’s soccer legacy includes her sisters, who also played at MSU, LSU, and Belhaven University.

Marco Cazzavillan

2013 Girls Team Coach

Marco has been an integral part of the Huntsville soccer community since 2006, coaching players from U10 up through high school. He brings years of experience and a deep love for the game to every team he coaches.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Marco was a national-level athlete in field hockey, rowing, and soccer. He played soccer at the club level in Johannesburg before earning a Division I scholarship to play as a defender at the University of South Alabama. As a player, Marco competed at the NCAA Division I level for the University of South Alabama from 1993 to 1997, where he helped lead the team to three Sun Belt Conference championships. He holds a degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in education.

Marco has been coaching youth soccer since 2006 and currently holds a USSF D License. He has coached the 2012 NOW FC Girls team and has been the Head Coach of the Buckhorn High School Varsity Boys Soccer team since Spring 2018. Under his leadership, Buckhorn has achieved a record of 56-48-13, including four playoff appearances in seven seasons, one area championship, and four area runner-up finishes. In 2025, Marco was honored as the All-Metro Coach of the Year, a testament to his impact both on and off the field.

Outside of soccer, Marco worked for many years as an athletic trainer before becoming a high school science teacher. His broad background in sports performance and education supports his coaching philosophy of building well-rounded athletes with confidence, resilience, and technical skill.
